Course Programmes

Our varied, challenging and balanced programmes offer young people and adults the opportunity to increase confidence, live and work together as a team and gain a significant sense of positive achievement.

All courses can help contribute to –

  • Raising self esteem, self confidence and communication through success, motivation and achievement.
  • Encourage pupils to take responsibility for their own learning.
  • Reinforce learning through direct experience.
  • Addressing disaffection.

Courses will also -

Adventure Activity Programmes can include –

Rock climbing and abseiling on the Gower sea cliffs, Scrambling and coasteering, Surfing or Boogie boarding, Caving, Canoeing and Kayaking, Coastal Walking, Mountain Walking in the Brecon Beacons, Low level ropes course, team course and zip wire. Orienteering and map work, Problem solving and group challenges.

Environmental and study Programmes can include -

Beach and maritime studies which include rock pooling and inter-tidal life, Food chains and water cycle, Castle visits and Norman invasion, Village studies and comparative locality work, Welsh Folk museum visit at St. Fagans, Cardiff.
